Karachi: It has been agreed that UAE will invest around $2.5 billion to establish two coal power plants in Gaddani, Radio Pakistan reported.
The power plants will have the capacity to generate 1320 megawatt of energy combined.
In a memorandum of understanding MOU that was signed today by Private Power and Infrastructure Managing director N A Zuberi and Arab National Construction Holding Vice Chairman Faris tayeb Abdul Rahim Al Baker it was decided that UAE will construct the duo in the next three years.
