Pakistan-Iran naval drill kicks off in Strait of Hormuz

Pakistan and Iran naval forces have started their naval drill at Strait of Hormuz today (Tuesday).

Trend quoted IRINN media as informing that Pakistan and Iran naval forces have kicked off their naval practice exercise for military and strategic cooperation between both the countries.

As per details from Press TV, Pakistan naval fleet includes missile warships, logistic warships and an advanced submarine. Pakistan naval fleet was docked at Iranian port, Bandar Abbas, from April 5.

It is assumed that Iran is conducting drills near Strait of Hormuz to prowess its naval power. Iran was recently threatened by Israel and USA to evade nuclear program in future.

Pakistan-Iran military drills are pointed towards peaceful and stable region.

Iran is  seeking naval drills with Oman in near future as a gesture of close ties with its neighbors.
